Girls’ Programme

Girls’ Programme

A fantastic opportunity for female players to achieve full time football training combining their passion for football alongside education. Players will train 6 hours per week with match days being a Wednesday afternoon.

With a specifically designed syllabus to focus on both individual and team development targets, putting practice into action playing in the National Youth Football League against other professional clubs and education programmes such as; Tottenham Hotspur, Chelsea, Colchester United and AFC Sudbury.

We do not require our student athletes to commit to playing at senior level with ITFC however, progression to senior football is available to all of the players on the girls programme, seeing those deemed at the correct level obtaining the chance to train with ITFC Women’s teams with the view to finding a place playing in either the National League South East D1 or the South East Reserve League, where a team will be newly formed for the 2021/22 season.
